8.4. Help and technical support

You can send your questions about system usage by writing to  or by sending a message via the Help button in your user profile.

Send a message using the Help button:

  • Clicking the Help button will open the Help Center window.
  • If you click on Info Center conta.es, a window will open with links to FAQs, the conta.es user manual, videos, and blog articles.
  • If you click on Contact, the Make an inquiry window will open, where you can write your question or suggestion, as well as attach a screenshot or a video. After pressing Send, the inquiry will be sent to conta.es specialists.
  • If you click the Chat button, you can make your inquiry to our virtual assistant.

Our specialists will answer your questions related to system usage within 2 business days.

Additionally, any self-employed worker can contact the Agencia Tributaria for inquiries about taxes, deadlines, declarations, or advice on economic activities, both in writing and by phone.
