6.4. Add a receipt or invoice

You can add a receipt, invoice, or delivery note from your phone by scanning a QR code or by uploading it from your computer.

Supported formats: pdf, jpg, png, tif, bmp.

After adding the document, you can check/correct the recognized data:

  • Payment method
  • Transaction description
  • Transaction details
  • Document number
  • Date
  • Name
  • Registration number
  • VAT number
  • Transaction amount with VAT
  • VAT
  • Currency

After reviewing the data, click on “Add expense” and the transaction will be recorded in the section “Expenses”

If an IBAN number appears in the document, the system will recognize the document as an invoice.

  • If the invoice is not paid, you can pay it from the system (if payment links are available).
  • If you don't need to pay it, press “Maybe later” and the transaction will be recorded in the section “Expenses”

Limitations

  • Trial period, Basic plan: 5 receipt scans per month
  • Plans PRO and PREMIUM: no limitations
