2.2. Price list

Here you can create your catalog of products and services. By creating the catalog, you will be able to quickly add the necessary items when preparing an invoice, as well as send an offer to your customers. All items added when issuing an invoice will be automatically included in the catalog.

To add a product or service, you must click the “+ New product” button and complete the required fields:

• Transaction description. You must choose the transaction type:
• • Provision of services
  • Supply of goods
• Category – an existing category must be selected or a new one created
• Product/service name
• Price per unit – the price for the specified unit must be indicated
• Unit of measurement – the unit of measurement for the good or service must be indicated, for example: hour, piece, etc.
• VAT rate (%) – the corresponding VAT rate must be indicated (only for VAT payers)
• Show in price list – must be checked if you want the specific item to appear in the price list to be sent to the customer

When all information is completed, you must click “Save”.

Products and services marked with a checkbox will be displayed in your price list. Products and services that are not marked will not appear in the price list.

If it is necessary to delete an item, you must enter the product or service tab and click the “Trash can” icon.

QR Stand
Clicking “QR Stand” will open a PDF file with a foldable table display containing a QR code.
