1.5. Cancellation and account deletion
Logging out of all devices and deleting the account is possible in the “Profile” section.
If you wish to log out of all devices from which you have used CONTA.ES, click the “Log out of all devices” button (at the bottom of the page).
If you wish to delete the account, click the “Delete account” button (at the bottom of the page). A confirmation link will then be sent to your email, and upon entering your inbox, you must click the “Confirm account deletion” button.
Please note that after account deletion, the entered data will also be erased and may not be recoverable. If, instead, you wish to change your subscription, terms, or personal information, please use the corresponding section or contact our support department.
