2.9. Personal information

User information (self-employed)

It also includes the data previously entered during registration. User information can be edited and consists of the following fields:

• Name (required field). You must provide your name; you can type or modify it in this field.
• Last name(s) (required field). You must provide your last name(s); you can type or modify them in this field.
• Email (required field). You must provide your email; you can type or modify it in this field. This email can be used for communication and will also be used to access the PATS.LV system / log in to your profile.
• Phone. You must provide your landline or mobile phone number; you can type or modify it in this field.
• Personal NIF code (required field). You must provide your personal code; you can type or modify it in this field. This is a unique field, as the system does not allow two people to be registered with the same personal code.
• Address (required field). You must provide your address; you can type or modify it in this field.

My accountant

If you have an accountant who is already registered in the conta.es system, by entering their profile email in this field and clicking CONNECT/INVITE, their profile will be automatically linked to yours and the accountant will receive an informative email about the addition of a new user.

If the manager is not registered in the conta.es system, entering their email address in this field will send them an invitation with a registration link. After successful registration, the manager's profile will be automatically linked to your profile.

To unlink the manager from your profile, click the “Disconnect manager” button.

Notification settings

In this section, the user can choose which reminders they want to receive and how often.

Clicking “Notifications” will display the following fields:

• Reminders about – check the boxes for the reminders you need:
  • Reports
  • Taxes
  • Recommendations
  • Status changes
  
  How often to receive email reminders? – select the frequency you want to receive them:
• • immediately
  • once a day
  • once a week
  • once a month
  Marketing notifications – select this option if you want to receive emails with special offers.

To save all changes, click the “SAVE” button.
