1.4. Password Reset

To reset your password, in the authentication window (before logging into the account) below the “Log in” button, click on the text “Reset password”.

A window titled “Password Reset” will open, where you must enter the email address you used to register with the CONTA.ES system. Once the email address is entered, press the “Create password” button.

Once this is done, a password reset email will be sent to the indicated email address. To reset your password, open the email and click the “Reset password” button.

Clicking this button will open a reset link with two mandatory fields:
• New password
• New password (repeat)

Once the fields are filled and the new password has been correctly entered in both the first and second fields, press the “Reset password” button.

The password must be at least 12 characters long, contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

When the process has been successfully completed, after pressing the “Reset password” button, the text will appear: “Your password has been changed. Please log in here.”

By clicking on the word “here”, you can log in to your CONTA.ES account using the new password.
